Okay so excited I spelled it wrong "Ameraucana". I an to the store to come back to my surprise hubby is all excited about the new additions to. He reported that he checked then and turned up the house heat. He held them and talked to them and told them they were going to be okay. .....There is nothing more endearing than to see my 6'1- 1/2" ruff and loud hubby whispering to the two babies that they well be okay.

Thanks they are already getting spoiled. Eating, drinking, pooing, preening and calling for me so hubby says. It seems they have already bonded. When I go to them and speak they stop cheeping, when I put my hand in they come over and rub against me. Who knew I had a such a magnetic appeal. I guess that maternal streak of mine really is a mile wide lol.

They are good, but the brown one is still turning its head to the right sharply and ends up on its back and stuck. I have been trying to make a contraption that I saw on BYC to help correct it, but the wiggly little booger gets out of it. My sweet hubs even held it for a while trying not to let it turn its head that way. It seems a little bit better but I am afraid it will just digress. . .suggestions would be great!

What is really bad and is probably why its having this problem is that I had to assist on day 28! I am a beginner so my humidity was way to high in a dry incubator.
