So, I was wondering how many chickens everyone has. I have three chickens and two ducks. I had six chickens and three ducks but some of them got eaten by a fox. I feel like I don't have enough birds and want to add to my flock. How many do you think I should get?

It just depends on how many eggs you want, if you want more eggs get more chickens. We have 5 chickens and 11 ducks. When the chickens are old enough, we're gonna hatch some more. I have 9 brothers and sisters, so we need lots of eggs lol.

I have eleven d'Uccles, eight brahmas, one barred rock, one marans cross, and five chicks right now with more hatching Saturday. Hopefully at least 7-8?
