I have been in very poor health and am in need of a home for my beautiful white Silkie roo. He is the only Chicken I have left and I have been wondering if GA MARANS is still around?

Hey Robo, do ducks stop laying for a specific reason?  All four of my females have stopped laying at the same time?  Is this normal?

All the ducks I've ever had only ever laid in spring/summer. I have always wondered if they are different when kept penned up? Or if it was just Pekins (my Mallards I would expect not to lay out of season)

Some water fowl only lat spring and summer but some, like the khaki campbell duck, would almost certainly have to lay year round since they are supposed to produce over 300 eggs a year. So I guess it depends on breed of duck.
