Someone on here needed a chick order partner, I have a friend that wants to go in with someone placing an order, but I can't remember who posted it, I will be the go between so you know you will get paid and he's good for the money or I get to hunt him down, now that would not be good to have a big Kat on your heels, lol
so if your still looking for an order buddy let me know
 
all my hens that are laying age have laid 3 of the last 4 days. I may have some tension in the coop though, all the brown eggs were in one end nest box and the white ones were all in the box on the other end. Gonna have to sit down and have a talk with them after church tomorrow, we ain't having that stuff round here!

my splash rooster still isn't a man. not crowing yet or even acting like it. I guess I'm gonna have to take him off the layer pellets, he seems to be a little extra cranky every 28 days or so

@carcar you remember the over grown Brahama I got from you this chick is massive , ok for your star wars fans, this chick reminds me of the things that look like mechinical chickens the ones the wookies tie up their leggs when fighting them, aren't you glad I'm a star wars fan.lol
really this chick is huge, I so hope he a he!!!! but because I want a boy it will be a she, but that is ok too
 
Oh anyone here have hatching eggs for sale, the Easter hatch along thread peeps are in desperate need of eggs!!!! How many are doing the hatch this year?

I got a dozen eggs today!!! That is so awesome, I actually have to take my egg basket out when collecting eggs, now that I am getting that many when I want some for the Easter hatch, they won't lay a one,

Might consider checking with local groups to have concessions ...boys scouts, 4H, whatever. They could do their own advertising and end up bringing more people in.

who and when do they want em? I'll have a dozen AM eggs by wed, maybe sooner and I've moved my big boy back down with the other hens after dark to make sure they're going to be fertile, I could probably fill a dozen AM and a dozen EE's eggs by wed or thursday. $25 for the AM eggs and $20 for the EE's, is that a fair price?

oh, and it would depend on where they are. I've never shipped any so I have no shipping supplies

post that info on this link, and I bet they will snatch them up, and it was someone in Texas, and California fair price use the special handling option when shipping and at least 10 for shipping
