YO GEORGIANS! :)

Wow. That's a "NO THANKS TO YOU KATSDAR" if I ever saw one. Not that I would start anything or nothing.

Katsdar!!!

the peacock is mentioned in Greek mythology and was the bird of Hera, queen of the Gods) and Rani (means Queen in Hindi) have to think of the boy
I am leaning toward Rani and Rajah. Very good Kats..... GA still isn't sold for sure on these names but I don't care what she thinks. Of course the birds aren't exactly going to come when I call their names but whatever.

the peacock is the national bird of India, been there and yes certain parts they are covered up with them and they scream the loudest scream.
That scream is why I briefly considered "Kevin" ... that's the giant bird in the movie Up and they used the peacock scream for him.

It was great seeing you too and Sable again. I got some wonderful birds today, Ask the cville mgr to call Cliff cause if we swap/sell birds they do have to have a permit. After Easter weekend will be good, ask Cliff what other dates he was going to have his swap again, can't remember, so we don't clash.

LOL, I guess that is why Rob said I was welcome to do all the setup and stuff. He evidently has no interest in the permit.
I know it will be the same as Cliff's, but since Cartersville is so far from Mcdonough, it may not be much of a conflict.
I wouldn't think many buyers (or sellers) would travel that far.

Has anyone ever tried using a forced air incubator lid for chick heat in the brooder? Maybe making some legs for the lid or something so that they can go under it when they need heat. Yes! No! or Maybe? or won't work because...Let me know what you think.

Couldn't hurt to try but I wouldn't think the forced air part would work well. But also, would the element ever get a break with it being open to air? I wouldn't think much of one..
