well it's been awhile since i've been on here i was in a pretty bad car accident coming back from savannah fractured 2 bones in my back an crushed ,my ribs on my right side had to give all my chickens to a lady i used to work for til i get better but it sure is rough not hearing my roos in the morning but i'm healing faster than anyone would have guessed so my babies should be home in no time

Broody hatched 5 of 8 eggs. So cute. Welsummer broody (listed on charts as "seldom go broody") Ha, wouldn't you know I would get one that wants to hatch chicks! I miss her dark terra cotta eggs in my basket!

Lockdown for 27 eggs in my incubator was today. Thursday will be fun! I love hatch days! The thing I like about incubator chicks is that I can sell them and not feel bad about taking them away from a mommy! Those with my broodys, I just don't have the heart to take away, but I need to>>>>>too many chicks! I will have some Salmon Favorelles soon. Anyway interested? $3 chick.

So glad you are doing better! If you need more chicks, let me know!
