YO GEORGIANS! :)

It's still available, just get Robo to pony up some cash.

But, the mushroom logs are mobile, so they don't go with the property.

I'll be making some more in Feb if anyone is interested in making a few for yourself.

We might be interested, what all goes into it? Both cost and work wise?

This website explains the process https://www.mushroompeople.com/how-to-cultivate-mushrooms-in-natural-logs/

I built and bought the tools needed last year. You can use the wood plugs and do it with just a drill. That's about $4-5 per log.
Our first batch was done this way and it was kinda slow, but since I wanted to do more I bought the router bit and plunger and used the sawdust spawn. And putting them together went a lot faster.

Once the logs are made, you just keep them watered through the year and wait for them to work their magic.

I've been studying up on meat rabbits and had planned on starting in the spring. But, I found a breeder who was selling out and went ahead and bought some.
The Salatin's keep rabbits in cages in a hoop house in the winter and the chickens run loose under the cages. No problems there, as the chickens keep the rabbit poop and straw/shavings scratched up.
Rabbits are very susceptible to disease and parasites. Some folks do colonies or large rabbit pens, but I think from a sanitation standpoint, elevated cages are better.
Like Kat said, don't let the chickens poop on the rabbits.

I'd be glad to talk with more about it.

Thanks for the info! I am in the extremely early stages right now. I am thinking elevated pens as well. Are there pages like this one that discuss rabbits? What are some categories or things to think about in my planning?
For the rabbits that are in wire cages, put a floor tile or something for them to stand on to give their feet a break from the wire if they choose.

So how much would you charge for inoculated logs? And your place is up for sale? Where are you again? Son is looking for a mini-farm or place to start mini-farm. in other words place with a little bit of land

His place is most definitely not mini.

This is my Grandson. He is sitting on the new 'time out' chair his aunt sent his mom for Christmas! Notice the hour glass

His first use was after he pushed his little sister down. Why didn't we have stuff like this when our kids were small?
