Oh my goodness, that just made me sad. It reminds me of my chocolate mini rex, Hershey. Hershey had a heat stroke in May of 2011. She almost died. I lost several other rabbits then, because the A/C unit on their own shelter (yeah they were spoiled) went out. But she survived it, although with permanent damage. Anytime she was startled and tried to stand perfectly still, she didn't. She wobbled. HORRIBLY. She became an indoor rabbit for a while, but eventually the cats taught her how to use the cat door on the back. She was still okay, because I had a fence and it was in a suburban area (not rural like this, or Griffin). But once she learned how to use the cat door, that was also the end of the litter box. I never needed it again!

By the way, the REASON he did it, is because he had flowers planted right at the edge of his yard, against my fence, and she poked her head right through and ate them. And I told him I wasn't going to pay for a bunch of FLOWERS that she simply reached through and ate.
