I haven't stopped since October. Add to that the broody silkies.....
And broody Betty is chillin' on 6eggs as we speak and in a week I'll have more mixed babies and silkies hopping around!

I blame abmaddox for my latest incubator load. I was going to leave that one empty but she just had to bring me eggs and heaven knows it is wasteful to run it without loading it. So there we have it.

@Chickie Momma , if the temperature wavers too much, try wrapping it in a blanket or unused comforter, and THEN setting the temperature. Just leave enough space to be able to look in and see what the temperature reading is.

I have FINALLY gotten to the last page on the thread! I've totally got incubator envy now. My franken-cooler bator has a lid with duct tape and pool noodle scraps, and electrical tape closes the vents. I'm proud of it though, my dog -eaten hatch had a 93% hatch rate.

I may have a made a total mess of my internal clock. In the process of prepping for and being nervous over a the job interview this weekend, I was tired, so I drank more coffee -way too late in the day. So now it is all converging into a dead-tired me who can't even quit fidgeting on the couch while on my laptop...arghh...

I'm going to try counting chocolate bunnies; I need my sleep to be ready to get my new peeps tomorrow
