YO GEORGIANS! :)

Well, I candled.

ALL of my AM eggs (5 set) seem to be growing at super-hero leaps & bounds. Don't quote me on the "all" because I really didn't stress over being sure to track each one since the ones I was picking randomly were all going strong.

ONE Marans egg I'm pretty sure I see veining but too dark for the others.. Not concerned.

ONE definite and ONE probable (set two days apart) mutt/barnyard mixed (from the AM roo.. verile little thing he is, @abmaddox1981..)

And the real pisser, but again I'm not giving up yet-

ONE (out of seven) Brahma eggs has a TINY spot of veining at the air cell. :(

I am noticing, chicken eggs seem to begin developing right on the air cell, as ducks always start further down the side of the egg. This could be because I always lay duck eggs on their side though, just now thought of that..

Oh- and @RoboDuck, my dear.. No way would I ever be able to handle the likes of you AND my husband on here harassing me. I'm already unsure what I'll do IRL if you two manage to ever create a united front. :/

I'm SO sleepy, guys. I have no idea how I'll even stay awake at work all day.. Much less combine that with maintaining my *winning* personality and also SMILE the whole ten hours. And such a shame to work so late, then throw it all was by leaving early the next. LOL

Thank so much! LOL Did you happen to know what the other patterned chick is? (breed)
Both the brown leghorns and the welsummers look like that as chicks. But I can't remember if welsummers have colored legs or not. One of those two though. So you'll either have white eggs, or mahogany eggs.
