I'm here for the ride back home, lol. Just got my hair chopped. Going home to get the hair off me and then hitting the road again lol.

Ain't nobody got time for long hair when there are babies to hatch & brood! ;)
 
So Lemon Pepper layed an egg for me! Also, one of my pullets apparently layed as well! Went from 7LF eggs a day to 9. That's what I'm talking about!
In other breaking news, General Tso does not like Havoc (our dog) and has been strutting, crowing and doing the chicken dance just out of reach of his run. The dog is having hysterics.
 
I WANT A LEMON PEPPER EGG!! Lol

By the way, that blue silkie I got from you, disappeared today! I put them back in their little white pen outside (where you saw them last) with the tarp, but I put them in the carport this time so they wouldn't get rain AT ALL. I went out there to sell EE's to someone around 1pm, and noticed the blue silkie was gone! I have no clue where, or even how! And that was one of my favorites!
 
That sucks! When these hatch I'll see about getting you another if you want it. And the Dominiques I got last night? Yeah, they're laying too! 11 eggs and counting! Plus 2 silkie eggs.
 
So I tried posting earlier. I had some VERY informative, clever, entertaining, humorous and provocative things to say. But due to some software glitch, they wouldn't actually post and are gone forever. Too bad y'all missed out.


Now, as for the man who wants eggs on Monday..... tell him you'll be glad to guarantee a Monday delivery but you can't promise the post office will open just for him.
 
OH CRAP! I forgot they are closed Monday for Washington's birthday!

And I missed sending out the OTHER dozen hatching eggs by 15 minutes today!
