YO GEORGIANS! :)

He was up under the front steps to the house, a good 20-30 feet from the carport! (I'm bad with distance, but I think we measured that spot once for planting blueberry bushes). I'm not really sure how he got out, unless he flew/climbed up and pushed the tarp up somehow. But he's alive and well, just cold, lonely, and probably hungry and thirsty too. He was chirping loud, which is how we found him. I brought him inside and set him in the base of the now-defunct incubator with his own bowl of water and a cup of food, plus an apple cut in half to expose the meat and the leftover tuna from a can the cats ate their dinner from.

He drank, and drank, and drank, and then pecked the hell out of the chick crumbles. Now he's falling asleep roosting on a corner of the styrofoam, and his head is ABOUT to touch the top of the small fridge underneath it all because it's drooping so much! LOL!

I'll probably keep him inside for the night. Not quite sure I want to put him back out with the others at all, though! LOL!

He's purebred blue Silkie. And I want to say six weeks? I can't remember. I got him from abmaddox though.

So. Total egg haul today: LF 10, Silkie coop 2. And one Silkie is attempting to go broody. She can wait til Monday so I can put 6 Silkie eggs under her. I guess I'll start selling hatching eggs or else I'm gonna have to try bra incubation.
