YO GEORGIANS! :)

Shoot!! Have y'all seen the weather? I'll put these dang eggs in in the morning! If we're still here!!
Yes... You all be safe tonight. I'll be keeping my internet on, and making sure my Red Cross Tornado app is up & running, just in case I need to get out to the storm shelter in a hurry. Why do our sever storms always come at night!?!?

Ok, that's it! I'm going to join the GA thread because the SC thread is dead. I'm only minutes from savannah anyway.

So hi from SC. I have only four girls (so far). A Delaware, a light and a buff brahma, and a RIR or NH. Got them from Meyer in sept and got my first egg yesterday, plus two more today. Woohoo!!
Awesome! Welcome!! We shall take over the entire southeast..

Tonight.. We RIIDE!!! Muahahaha!!

Ahem.

Welcome.

My new TSC baby. He is supposed to be GLW, but none of them looked like they had ANY gold in there, all just silver. So he may be a SLW.

And I'm referring to the black one in the middle with the pinkish/yellow comb. If feather-sexing holds true, it's a boy. So HOPEFULLY a SLW cockerel to go with my incoming SLW pullets from McMurray.

The yellow chicks are my Leghorn mixes, and the black and brown chicks on the other side of him are an EE and a Sumatra.

Don't quote me on this, I'm no expert. But after seeing the GLW chicks at the Rome TSC today, and seeing photos of the SLW chicks, I'd say yours is Gold. Below is a SLW, according to Google

Now feeling inadequate for lack of a storm shelter.. Wonder if the hens would share their coop?

It looks like if it hits this far south, it will be in the morning. THANK GOODNESS my class is in a tornado shelter in the "basement" of the post office! I'll already be underground!
