I tilled a garden spot for GAM. I dug up worms for the chickens. I raked out the crap in the chicken coop. I walked across the road to fetch the chicken that had crossed said road. I don't know why he did it so don't ask.

They have proven Daylight Savings Time to be useless for it's purpose - even counteractive. Yet we all get to spend the next several weeks adjusting to a missed hour of sleep, and a shift in our body clocks.

I prefer to call it my yearly gateway to an earlier death!

GA what's coming this week? I'm not going to be good at all waiting for these next two weeks to pass around here. I am excited to have something exciting each weekend though. This weekend was my dad's birthday.. Next is SPRING FORWARD!! And the next is hatch weekend!!

I set the eggies from ammadenabler in the 14th so they should be coming along soon. Silkies and a few I-havent-a-clues. Then Marans should be popping out here and there until the Pekins. Then more Marans while waiting for the Mallards. Then there might be another Marans or 8. BLRW in all of that somewhere, too.

That's all fine & well.. But if were gonna stick with one, I want the one where It's not dark until 9pm in summer!
