im up, but not kicking to high. this has put such a crimp in my plans for the nice days... got a good look at the two gardens I had tilled and put into rows, OMG its perfect!!! the rain will set the rows. next pretty day, lay out soaker hoses, cover with 10mil black plastic, weight the valleys and install temp fence around one of them. the other is for free style corn, then will be ready to plant!!!!! now I need at least two nice days to get the fence up and get them planted. Im a happy girl!!!

I'm sad. I ordered all females and have NO idea what to do with a Roo.  I'm not ready to hatch my own chicks(this is my first flock so I'm just learning). Am I going to have to build a whole new pen/coop for a Roo? Anyone want a Silver Laced Wynadotte Roo? haha

Linda, if my SLWs turn out to be all girls, I'd love to take him off your hands

Gave the trio a handful of feed of their own, to keep the peace. This one belongs to HER, in case there's any confusion. Poor boys, they were totally minding their own!

It's official. GAM has lost what's left of her mind. Her sanity if you will. Bird brain has fully taken over. GAMjr and I are watching Frozen. GAM walks into the room as a scene is playing where the princess is singing to a goose and her youngens. GAM does a double take at the screen and asks me if it's a Toulouse. Really!? IT'S A CARTOON FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!
