Quote: I made my coop out of pallets and an old landing for our back porch. I love to recycle with free stuff!!!
It really i a lot of fun. I love sharing the whole developing/hatching thing with the kids. And it's so cool when they see the chick (or duckling) moving inside the egg.WOW this sounds like fun!!

Yes it is!!!Thanks.
Yes I agree, I really like making old things into new. Wow, 1889 that was a day or two ago. Something that has survived that long deserves a second chance and what a great way to reuse it!

If you are going to go with grass fed and grass finished, keep me in the loop. Nothing that's been on meds, supplements, or grain/corn/feed though.Has anyone one thought about some of us getting together and pitching in on the cost of a whole cow or calf being processed for the meat? It could fill our freezers for a yr. I cant afford the whole cost or freeze the whole amount. I don't even know anymore if it would be feasible, I have no clue what the costs would be either. guess the caffeine has kicked in![]()
Yeah that wife has got it goin' on. The husband, wellll....It really i a lot of fun. I love sharing the whole developing/hatching thing with the kids. And it's so cool when they see the chick (or duckling) moving inside the egg.
And I'm not nearly as nice as they are ... well, the wife anyway... they've got my hooved critters at their place until our fence is finished.
