Our 'guest' this week is a cross country running team from a high school in Tallahassee! They paid over $4000 for the week to come and run the mountains! There are about 20 students and 4 coaches. (Boys and Girls) Some of the guys have decided to 'camp out' down by the lake. They have pitched tents and hung hammock. I don't think our high school had that kind of money, but they tell us that the booster club is who pays for everything!

The town that I lived in when I was a kid, Palmyra Township, Ohio has one stoplight in town. It's one of those where all four directions are in a single fixture hanging in the center of the intersection. To this day, no one knows if it actually has bulbs in the green lights. It blinks red one way, and yellow the other.

Question about Blue/Gold Brahmas. The eggs I ordered said Blue/Gold Brahmas. Does that mean they have both colors on them or does it mean you could get a blue brahma or a gold one? I had two hatch and one looks more golden and one looks more blueish. So, does anyone have a photo of what they could look like? When I google it, I get tons of different chickens. Ha....

I'm noticing my chickens are bored. Any ideas? Our run has no grass, little to scratch in, perhaps I should add something for them to scratch in? Ideas?
