Ok will do robo. No newnan for becky n I. I spent a large amount on ams . Went last year. Someone came up missing a chicken. If I remember right.

Ugh, just got a text from my friend who I helped hatch eggs. She said her power was still out so they went to her daughter's to stay. I asked if she took the chicks. She said no, but she wrapped the container with a blanket! Really?!? Its suppose to go down to 1 degree tomorrow night. I told her they will probably die of cold. She doesn't get it ! These were the eggs my DH drove over 3 hours to pick up for her and now they are probably just going to die! So upset. I cant help her, I'm on my way to FL.

That is awful, tell her to go get the chicks, wow really

Newnan has a big chicken show with hundreds of entries that are judged. Very interesting if you have never been. It is amazing how BIG they grow chickens! They also have lots of people selling chickens, hatching eggs and t-shirts, etcetera. I am sorry to be missing it this year. Will be visiting my Grandkids!

does this cost anything to get in. I looked on there web site but did not see anything on admission. If the wife is working Saturday I might take the girls. Cheep entertainment for the day if I dont buy any more birds.

Now I just have to figure ou which goose laid the golden egg! Dang chickens are paying off!

I showed my DH and he said to find out what breed that was that laid that and I can have as many as I want!

we do have other things I have to take care of, supposed to be getting a chicken coop delivered and then going to pick up a free pair of silkies, ohhhh I could still work this in I know I can lol.

Update on our daughter: They took her off all the drips she was on. They will be giving her antibiotics a couple times a day. She has to stay at the hospital until the baby delivers. They are trying to wait until 34 weeks. She is at 30 weeks now. They are trying to get the baby's lungs to develop before she delivers.
