Sounds like a winner to me valleychicks. We have harvester ants pretty bad. We live in the woods and with all the ants they bring scorpions. We had pest control come out and spray for about a year. My wife and I aren't a fan because we didn't like the chemicals in the yard.

And once you get chickens you can't use them at all. Granules will be eaten by chickens thinking it's grain or seed... killing the chickens. Liquid chemicals will kill the bugs but then the chickens eat the contaminated bugs.... killing the chickens.

Yeah it has been over a year since they have come out. Chickens did pretty good last year. A dang coyote or fox got in and got them. That's why I built a coop that if something can get into it I ain't even going to shoot whatever it is. If it can make it in this coop shooting whatever the heck it is will just piss it off.

they can be fooled though, because we all know there are a LOT of things that "taste like chicken"
