We ordered the Broad-Breasted White poults and last time we had some, though they were older when we got them, they were well worth it. Very nice birds that produced very large amounts of meat when processed. I cheated and skinned them instead of plucking ... and the post process weight with skin, innards, etc. removed they each still weighed over 22 pounds.What kind and are they really a pain to raise along with my chickens, are they worth the investment in time etc? I have them on my spring radar, but I've never raised any.
