YO GEORGIANS! :)

I won the auction for the auto sexing easter eggers. I requested that the seller only send me girl eggs.

So glad they went to a good home!!

I hate that they didn't work out with you guys but we're so happy to have them ... such sweet boys.
Today is hatch day by the numbers but 22 of 25 hatched yesterday and 2 more have pipped. The 22 are dry and up and about this morning. My question is how long should I wait before removing the ones that have hatched to the brooder. I know lockdown is for a reason and the ones in there will be fine until the end of the day but how long should I wait for the last three eggs?

Newly hatched chicks can go up to 3 days without food/water.
We now have 2 in Mableoton.

Take another pill there Robo.

Will someone tell DH that the mating of ducks and birds can look mean, but it is nature!!!! My DH wants me to get rid of one of my male runner ducks because he is "grabbing them by the neck and making them terrified!" And they holler and scream! Ummmmm, so do I!!! LOL Ummmm, forget I said that!
