YO GEORGIANS! :)

Hi there. I am attaching a picture of a chicken palace I plan to buy from a guy in Cedartown who makes them. His website is Davids coops.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had purchased one and how you like it. Also, wondered if anyone thinks its a problem that the whole bottom is open and the roosts are just about level with where the wire starts. A little breezy?
My bird free range and I will ask the man to add hardwire to the bottom.
Would love any input.
thanks
I looked at these but even for me down here I thought it was too open and for the money you could get a whole building. Unless you wanted to make shutters for the sides even in the rain they wouldn't keep dry

My friend wanted to see how the roosters i got from him were growing out so i figured i'd share with you fine folks. The Isbar said he is officially off duty after 8pm and he refused to stand up.

I already have a hunch, but what do y'all think? Pullets or cockerels?

Chick 1: Maggie (we think mom was an EE as she had very fluffy cheeks as a chick)

My rooster attacked me this morning and his ONLY spur was ripped out so my rooster spurless again... (Blood all over him, me the ground... Hens)
I have been catching mine with a dip net any time he even ACTS like he's thinking about it. Now, if I have something to do in the coop, I just take the net in with me. Needless to say, he avoids me and won't get within reach. No more worries about attacks. So now if the grand daughter wants to go in there with me, she carries the net and he leaves her alone as well

If you pick him up every time you go near him or attempt he will stop, for me that worked well for a bad boy I had now he is calm around me and others well he avoids me like the plague. Oh and we need pictures, lol JK JK
