YO GEORGIANS! :)

We're moving mostly Silkie and Silkie-Mix cockerels. Lisa (my wife) has one Blue Silkie (named Blue) who crows louder than any rooster we have, and he will be for sale. He has a great personality, and loves to cluck and talk when held, but he can get an alpha-male attitude when penned with other roos. He a very handsome bird. This is not the best photo, but this is Blue:

Lisa also has three show-quality White Silkie cockerels that she is selling at the swap. Here's one of them:

Lisa also has some interesting Silkie Mixes that will be for sale. One has hackle coloring like a Black Copper Marans (a pullet), and the other (a cockerel) has Birchen coloration. The Silkie-Mix girl is sweet, social, and very petit. She enjoys being held and interacting with people. Here is her photo:

The Birchen Silkie boy has super-large feathers on his feet. He probably is a Birchen Cochin/Silkie cross. He's also a loud crower. Here's a few photos of him:

I also may sell a Chocolate Orpington Rooster at the swap because I have one extra, but I'm still undecided. Anyway, hope to see you there! :frow
Beautiful roos!! I may have to take one of them off your hands.

Thanks for the compliment, Sue. Lisa and I will be with Olivia and her friend Marie at vendor spot #9. I think we all will be wearing our tan "Yo Georgians!" t-shirts. I know Lisa and I will be for sure, so we should be easy to locate. I also wear the hat about everywhere I go. Look forward to meeting you!

I'll be at spot 13 and I'll have on my Georgia chicken shirt too. :) I don't have a whole lot of chickens to sell, but hopefully I'll not bring any back home. Lol.

Btw, looks like 3 of 6, maybe 4 of 6 of my swap chicks are roos. :p I think I'm only going to keep the olive egger pullet and bring the rest to the swap.

Marie and I are bringing a few crele polish cockerels, a SL pullet & I'm bringing a few chicks that are spoken for & to be picked up that day. I'm mainly interested in fellowship & networking. I will be wearing something chicken related---got a few bleach spots on my byc shirt. Boo!!!! If I have presence of mind I may try to print some chicken related goodies to sell as well. Can't wait to see everyone!

I'm hoping I can still come, but it's not looking promising!:hit
