yolk filled with blood

It's not unusual for a blood vessel to break as a yolk is released into the oviduct. This has happened in an egg of mine in the past where the yolk was bright red with blood. If it continues, though, the hen would have a problem. I cannot offer a solution, though.

Can you post a picture? Is the hen a new layer? Have you seen any shell-less or soft shell eggs before? I would give her a human calcium tablet or Tums orally for 3 days to see if it makes the shells stronger. Since she is acting off, it may be something wrong with her oviduct.

A blood spot in an egg can be normal, but a bloody egg is not. I had a hen who began to lay an occasional bloody egg. Within weeks she laid every other day and each egg was bloody. She later died of some type of reproductive disorder. Since I knew which hen was laying the egg because hers were very dark brown, I did not share her eggs with family and friends any more. Hers were cooked and given to the dogs.
