Yolk sac issue with 2 day old chick hen hatched pls help!!! Pics

I have a little chick not doing so well. She is weaker than her other clutch mates.. Not fully feathered. Yolk sack not fully absorbed.
I need help quick..
She is hen hatched & as long as the hen is sitting all is fine but if she gets up to move.. Baby gets stepped on & is left laying on her own.. She will get up to move but it's slow..
Poor darling..!!
What do I do?
Shall I take her from the hen? Do I try sugar water...?? I need solid advice quickly!

I would put a little antibiotic cream on her navel area to prevent infection and give her a little chicksaver for a boost. (Ask at your feestore) If you can't find chick saver some electrolytes or sugar water should help too. Also if she's getting stepped on remove her and maybe one more chick to keep her company and keep her in a warm place, (aim for 90*F) until she's stronger. When she's ready you can put her and her buddy (if any) back with mom. Good luck!

I went out o get her & she had died!!
Poor muffin!!
Next time ill take the sick one in with me.
I thought being with mama would b better!!
I'm soo sad!!
