Yolk Sac Problems - Graphic Pictures

It was an unabsorbed yolk. We made the difficult decision to cull him today, he declined pretty rapidly overnight. I poked the ‘bump’ afterwards and it was a yellow goo that came out. Though, interestingly enough, the yellow scab on the belly came away clean and there was another scab underneath, that also came away clean and under that his umbilicus was healed.

I’m going to miss the little guy.
