Yolk sack? Malformation? Help :)

Looks like the yolk sack is somewhat soaked up and is inside a very thin layer of skin. Do what @chickens really said and make sure no sharp objects are near the chick.
I thought about giving it a tiny knife for self defense :D jk, a bit of humour after the stressy situation. Thanks for all the help, the chick is in a separate container with clean paper towels and warm light. I'll keep you posted :)
 
The chick seems too weak, chirping and trying to stand up every now and then. Some sugary water would help? Or as you said nothing through the mouth?
 
One of my Duckling that needed time to absorb the yolk. Nothing you can do but wait and hope they survive. Mine always do.
