LOL. Mighty big girls there huh! Think they've been working out to overthrow the roo?

On a side note, a truly "fat" hen on corn or junk food over a long winter can lead to egg laying problems in the spring. I have to make sure my girls don't get too much junk food!

Nothing wrong with big girls, you just can't expect them to sleep in a bunk bed.

Time to beef up the support for the girls, can't be sleeping on the floor!

ok i have a work out program for the ladies -- they are going to get healthy treats - no more bonbons, ice cream, donuts and soda
from now on it will be apples,grapse,lettace and water with lemon LOL

they are to walk around the mall a few times ( window shopping is allowed ), they can swim a few laps around the kiddie pool ( ducks will have to deal with it ) and once a week i will bring a radio out there so Clyde the roo can watch them do some dancing to get the blood moving and burn some weight.

( most of my girls prefer to sleep on the floor in the shavings and lay there eggs in the shavings instead of a nest box lol )

boy the neighbors are really going to think i am crazy when i lay down those mats you use in workout class !!

but they are laying great still getting 5-8 eggs a day
