OK... I'll bite... why was he in bed with DS, and.... what is he? I admit it... I've never seen one like him.

No joke. Drumstick likes to take that roo in the shower with him. He claims the roo
will have more dates with the ladies if he smells good. After the shower he dries
off the chicken and lets him chill out in bed until fully dry. Well tonight Drum fell
to sleep before putting the chicken back and it made for a great picture.

The chicken is a 10 to 12 week old Spitzhauben cockeral. I learned of them because
a certain BYC 'member' uses one as her avatar. I asked if anyone has eggs and sure
enough OKCarla had some and sent them out to me.

It was great to see so many BYC members have these birds. Our roo is super
skittish but once he's in the house he just chills out.​
