Lace's nose twitched, she was digging in a dumpster of goodies and she wanted whatever smelled so good at the bottom, she finally got it and squeaked in happiness, she had found a slightly moldy piece of cheese, she grabbed it and scampered back up to the top, she crawled out of under the lid and into some cardboard boxes in the alleyway, she had made it her temporary home, she had a bunch of things lying around, a pen, a couple paper clips, a bunch of feathers she got from the molting pigeons which she used for a bed, and now she had a feast! her life was fairly good, she was terrified of the humans and their dogs, less of cats, she knew cats could become bored and leave her alone, but those dogs! They would hound her for hours! but she finally found a safe place, people we're rich here in this building and dumped a lot of food, so she was living peacefully.

Lena shrugged. "Okay, let's get this party started." She said happily. She picked up the stick and started dragging it towards the front of the restaurant. She stopped just right of the door. She sniffed the air, it smelled like humans and cooking food. She scooted closer to the brick wall of the building. That way when it opened again she could move the stick into position and they'd be in business. She looked over at Charlotte and Dreiw nervously, but she smiled a little. They all were getting strange looks from humans passing by on the sidewalk. Lena's heart was beating a mile a minute.
