Young Bantam with swollen foot and lethargy.

Hi, I am new here. I have a 8 ish week old Pekin Bantam who has been sleeping all morning. Is very lethargic. Also has an extremely swollen foot.
I did noticethat their was also an aggressive biting fly at the chook house this morning, it got 2 bites at me, and they still hurt now, 6 hours later, I don't know if it's related though.

At the very least I would start soaking it in Epsom salt water, once its clean maybe you will be able to see an injury to it. Is the chick eating? drinking? Pooping & what does its droppings look like?

Is there a hard core or corn in the center of its foot? What type of flooring are your chicks on?
