Young Barred Rock Bloody And Poopy Vent Issue - Urgent

Not totally certain if the long piece is tissue. Is there some sort of test I could do or other way to determine it?
Also, would it be bad to use Dawn dish soap on the tissue? It works like a charm to get gunk off of chickens, but I have concerns over using it on internal tissue as I've only ever used it on their scales and sometimes vent feathers.
Yes, I'd try the Dawn to give her a good cleaning up.
Just reapply your ointments when your done.

Okay so today I noticed that the dark gunky part of the prolapse is smaller, the weird long and skinny thing is gone, and some clean and healthy looking tissue was hanging out. At first I assumed that part of the tissue had cleaned up, but on further inspection I believe it was some more tissue that had come out. After a long soak, plenty of scrubbing, usage of oil and ointment, extra calcium, and an attempt to push it back in (which again soon came out after she pooped), some of the healthy looking tissue receded without pushing. It seems that the gross stuff is shaped like a ball which sticks out of the healthy tissue. I didn't get any photos but I should be able to tomorrow.
Anyway, the reason I think the prolapse got a bit worse is because she had shoved bedding into her feeder and waterer, preventing access. This would obviously make her a little weaker with hunger and thirst. They are raised, but she apparently pushed aside like half of her bedding on top of them. Perhaps she was trying to lay an egg because someone had left her light on. I should have noticed these problems, but unfortunately I did not check up on her as much as usual, which is my bad. I only did in the morning and in the afternoon, with none in between when usually I check on her several times in between. I will not make the same mistake again.
I wonder if the ball of gross tissue is even tissue at all. It seems to be, but it could also be dried up poop and egg membrane stuck to her vent. Should the prolapsed tissue appear to be one lump, or a large lump with a smaller lump sticking out of it? Should a hole be visible at the end of the tissue? These questions would probably do better with photos to accompany them. I will give her a very thorough clean tomorrow, more than ever. I won't quit until the gunk is gone, unless the hen gets too distressed or starts bleeding from where she's being cleaned (which hasn't occurred before, I'm just thinking ahead).

I gave a long soak this morning and applied ointment and stuff. I just took photos with help from my mom and she seems to have gotten worse. A whole new lump of tissue seems to have prolapsed behind he healthy lump and the gunky lump. So much tissue is out that it is bending to the right. I intended on giving her another bath but now I'm worried it will cause more prolapsed tissue to come out. I don't know what to do, she's getting worse. The only big change I can think of is the attempts to push it into place and the addition of epsom salts (and Dawn dish soap last night only) in her soaks, and maybe the increased rubbing with a cloth. Those might have something to do with it, or she might just be getting worse on her own. I am just going to coat the tissue in ointment until I can get some help. I don't want to cause more damage by acting without proper knowledge, especially in my current state of panic.
Edit: There is some blood on the feathers below the prolapse. Not as much as when I first found her, probably because no hens were around to peck at it.

Some will come off when I rub it. By pick it out, do you mean pick at it directly to break it apart or pick at the connected area to pull it out?

I haven't tried to crumble it out yet due to being afraid it was tissue but now I'm pretty sure it isn't. I will try in the morning. Should I have any special precautions in case some tissue is torn or something? Maybe gauze?
By the way, she still poops, but they are small and liquid.

You can have a bit of gauze on hand, that's o.k.
Having a spray or squirt bottle with a bit of warm water or salt water can be useful to help rinse/flush her as you work on her.

Other tools I can think of may be some tweezers, qtips or even a popsicle stick to help you work some of that material loose.

I think you are on the right track that it's debris buildup in there. This may be causing a blockage and the prolapsed tissue just won't go back in until it's removed.

You're doing good Kiddo! Hang in there.

That seems like a plan. I'll get my dad to help me. It'll sort of be like when we've removed bumblefoot before.
