Young chicken has swollen/runny eyes. What is it?

Hi everyone.

Saw this young chick today, being lethargic and having her eyes mostly closed. She is more lethargic now. I already quarantined her but the exposure to this already happened to my flock. Anyone knows what this may be and any other precautions to make? Im prepared to cull but want to give her a chance first!

Does her right eyeball look like it was pierced or is it intact? I would flush the eye with saline or eye wash, and apply either Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin 2-3 times a day. Is she sneezing, having crackles or noisy breathing, or nasal drainage?

Thanks for the tips. She has no breathing issues that are apparent. No sneezing. No drainage or discharge. Her eyes are intact as well. No signs of puncturing. No swelling. Jus the eye thing and lethargic

She most likely has something respiratory going on.
The side of her face with the bad eye looks swollen right?
They both look similar and no swelling. No discharge or leaking anywhere. No apparent breathing issue or wheezing. Lethargic for sure though.

UPDATE:
She’s been sleeping, dosing off. Almost laying flat. She pooped while in this state and it was very watery. Probably going to cull. I don’t see her recovering from this unless someone thinks there’s a chance.

There is something strange about her eye, almost like it is flat instead of rounded. I would try to remove any gunk in the eye with tissues and a QTip, and flush it out. Some feed stores sell Tylan 50 injectable, which most people give orally to chickens. Dosage is 0.25 ml per pound given 3 times a day for 3-5 days. That can treat MG (mycoplasma gallisepticu,) which is a common respiratory disease that causes conjunctivitis and sinus infection. Here is some reading about MG:
