Young chickens for sale

I havew to many 2 month old chicks. How much could I sell them for? I also have allot of just hatched chicks. They are Rhode Island red and Sexlink. Bruce

Feed mills sell them in the midwest for about $3 for the older ones and $1.50 for the babies. Breeders can sell them for $3 for the babies and $5 for the older ones. Remember that people will probably pay less for roosters. The prices I quoted are for hens. Every region is different as well.

I live tennessee and give 2.00 for 3 month old hens and 1.00 to 1.50 for week old to 1 month old would love some hens or what ever you have if you ship.Lisa

I always start with $1.50 for day olds and move up the scale from there..if they buy alot or all I have I always discount.. and I always sell straight run.. I havent ever had any problems selling my babies ..

I have 2 day olds that I would sale, they were unexpected. (the duck hatched them) Other than those I wont have any more until spring next year..
