I have 3 Canadians. Two mixed or other breeds? The have a hump on the top of their beaks and when the eggs hatched there was an all white one that died

Are Canadians known to be a fidgety breed? Mine are terrified of me. All of my other birds (pigeons, ducks, chickens, and the other two gosling's) love me. They follow me around the yard to be fed and everything. How can I get them use to me? I try and be as calm as I can around them and make no sudden movements. Tomorrow I will try and grab some shots of them.

I have a Canada, bout 3 weeks old. She imprinted with us so she is very close and cuddly. He/she does not have a hump on bill. You may have something else.

The little brown one is a Khaki Campbell duckling.
