Young hen not laying eggs, finding big wet spots under perch?

I have a 1 1/2 yr old Sapphire Gem that was laying regularly until she went into a molt. After coming out of the molt she started laying again here and there. Then I noticed when collecting eggs that she hadn't laid any in awhile but she seemed to be fine. That was roughly a month ago and I still haven't seen 1 egg from her. However, I am finding big wet areas under the perch where she sleeps so I am wondering if she is possibly laying shell less eggs and they are breaking open? I have also seen her in the nesting box laying but thats it. All this time she seems to be healthy and acting normal, until yesterday I noticed her walking slower and staying closer to the run when I let them free range. I feed them feather fixer pellets with high protein, offer oyster shell and she was just fine before on the same diet so I'm clueless and worried...she's one of my favs! I've been reading and researching alot, I'm afraid that she's going to get ill before I figure out what is going on.
I really hope someone could offer some insight and suggestions on what could be going on??

Also today I caught her pooping and it looked like it had some white creamy stuff and mucus in it....could that mean anything??
Hi! Can you post a pic? It's calcium citrate with D3, wal Mart and any pharmacy would have it, target is a hit or miss. I would start with once a day. Have the hen facing away from you, with pill tucked into your right hand, use the left hand to wrap around the hen and open the beak, tuck the pill in with your right hand and make sure to do it on side of her beak so she can't spit it out. If she does spit it out, try again. I sing to my hens to calm them down. Sometimes it's easier if she's perched.

It seems to be empty. I watched her for awhile yesterday and this morning. She seems to be acting normal, eating cucumbers, walking around with the others, etc. I don't understand why she's not producing or is the big wets spots that I'm seeing under the perch be a shell less egg that is breaking? She's got me stumped.
Any and all advice, suggestion and information is greatly appreciated!!

Hi! Ok, that's not good. Can you get the calcium citrate today and start dosing her? Do you have amoxicillin at home?
