I have a young Australorp that has something odd going on. Yesterday and today she laid an egg that appears to be coated in egg yolk. My kids saw her lay today and there was a fair amount of yellow fluid that came with the egg too. I am wondering if she had an egg break inside her? Is this something that will resolve or are we headed for trouble? This egg is much lighter in colour than normal too...

That would be concerning, I'd keep a close eye on her.
Might want to take a look at her vent.

What should I look for? It seemed like a potential problem.... I think (not sure) that this is the same pullet that has been laying very thin shelled eggs with heavy calcification on one end...

See if her vent and/or belly(from below vent to between legs) is swollen.
If she covered in egg gunk she may need a bath if she doesn't preen it off herself.
How long has she been laying?
Sounds like she may have a wonky shelling gland, not much you can do to 'fix' it really.
