Young Orloff with huge lump on back - help please!

I think it is not improving. The lump/air sac is still huge, but my concern is increased by it's reluctance to move. I've thinking there may be wing or leg damage too. It stays in a box, but leans against the side to keep propped up. The left leg may be swollen and the toes are curled, but move when I push on the foot pad.

Any thoughts or suggestions? I'm quite worried about this one.

Nevermind. I gave her/him a bath and left to check on the amerucana and it drown. I really feel awful, but quite frankly, wasn't sure it would make it through the night.
