Oh no, I'm so sorry. It's a hard thing to go through, but you did all you could to help her, she was getting the best of care. Unfortunately, there are something's we have no control of.
From what you've said about her I'd say she was egg bound which is tricky to cure at home without the vets, and like my poor Winnie yesterday, none were open to help her. I'd phone the vet to see if they think it might have been contagious.
Again I'm so so sorry, I'm sure she had a great life.
