Based strictly on appearance and what you've written, I would say "India Blue White Eye split Black Shoulder", however many things can be there that are not visually apparent.

Doesn't look like a Black Shoulder hen to me.

It doesn't have a black tail or spotted back. Could you take a better close up of her?

She looks like a Black shoulder (pattern) but probably not IB (color) . Perhaps a Cameo Black shoulder, but closer, clearer pics are needed.
