You have beautiful birds, Steve. You should be proud of them. We don't have white peafowl, yet. Thanks for posting pictures.

The pea's are very different from other birds, they seem to know their own kind. All day yesterday the India Blues kept going over to check them out and calling to them.

Wow, they grew into such beauties! Love the white peafowl. We have one adult white peacock, a yearling white peahen, and a few white peachicks. *Trying* to get a white pen set up, slowly but surely.
Thank you for sharing the pictures. Such nice birds!

Wow! The male looks like a big ball of cotton. I bet he's not as huggable as cotton though lol

We are building up our numbers of them to, the only down side to white pea's is trying to figure out if they are male or female. We have people waiting for this years white chicks but I want some more hens so they just have to wait. [IMG]

They aren't to flighty, they will eat out of my hand but the India Blues are much much calmer.

Quote:Wow thats only 18% hatch rate...........past years mine where a LOT better, sorry i didn't set eggs this year, other than the ones peahen set on, but those hatch rate where 80% to 100% . I have heard some breeders are having a low % hatch of eggs this year also.
