Youngest age of duck to lay its first egg

I am curious, what is the youngest duck that you have had lay their first egg? What was the breed? Did they live with other ducks or by themselves?
I know what the average answer is 17 to 20 weeks depending on different factors. I am wanting to know personal incidents.

My Runners starting laying at 4.5 months old They live as a flock 4 Runner females 2 Buff Females and 1 Runner drake. They were breeding at 4 months.

Mine started laying at about 5-7 months, but I’ve heard of some starting at about 4 and even slightly earlier.
