Your 2025 Garden

Pics
The raspberries are in the ground. Now to till the middles between the rows of all the berries to kill some weeds and grass so we can plant summer peas in about 5-6 weeks. I think our freezer is getting low on cream peas and that is not good. If we can get them in the ground by the middle of April then we should have fresh ones to shell and eat by mid June.

Another successful air layer. One tomato plant is now 3 plants.

This week I got the marigold seed started and under the lights inside. My seedling shelves are almost full.

I turned the big compost pile at the main garden. I noticed a few potato eyes in the pile were sprouting roots.
I had a little finished compost so I moved that to the row I will plant cabbage.

Very nice weather recently so finally the rest of the snow is gone. We still had snow Monday in the shady spots.

I am seeing signs of spring.

Oh man, I gotta wait until late March or April before I start seeing flowers. Living vicariously thru you.

By then I will be in a mad rush to get thing harden off/planted so they can start to grow before our awful humidity/heat sets in. 🥵
July and August can be difficult. So there are negatives here too.

I look forward to seeing your garden and flowers!

This is true, the gardening is so different here in the south, especially when it gets hot and humid, and BTW, i like your signature ;)
