Your 2025 Garden

Pics
After a trip to Lowes for coop building supplies I had to break down and take pain meds I've been avoiding today. Tomorrow will require some crawling on my knees planting tomatoes. I have some vining yellow summer squash seed that should arrive in a few days that will be planted by stakes that were use in last years tomato area. Saves pulling those stakes out of the ground. I need several T Post driven but my back is not willing at the moment. We have a lot of collard plants that are almost ready to graduate to the field.
I thought someone was coming last week to get those Tposts driven for you, but I've slept since then - I may be misremembering. 🤷‍♂️

Did they grow well for you? Any tips?
They're like zucchini. They'll either get lushly green but never flower (so no squash) or go so crazy that you'll be giving them away to everyone from your coworkers to the postman ... all depending on Mother Nature's mood swings and the price of mangoes in Iceland. :D
Seriously, though, treat them like you would any summer squash and give them lots of space.

Chance of frost tonight.

I covered the beans, squash, tomatoes, and the annuals (flowers).

Will do! We're hoping for a kind mood swing from Mother Nature

I'm always finding a spot for more. Someone did come and get some pulled out were needed now I don't have anyone coming for awhile so I'll get the stool out to the garden and drive 2 at a time every hour or so and I'll get the 10 I need driven in where I need them. I need the entire perimeter of the farm fenced. been dreading that. Need a field fence that will keep feral dogs out and hopefully it will keep some other furry pests out.

We lost a few of our cabbage, broccoli, & cauliflower plants due to the pounding rains. They were some that were very small plants that we knew would have a rough start. We have collard plants that will be ready in few days that we will put in their spots.
