Your best summertime crockpot recipe

Betty,
I made the meatloaf last night, it was de-lish .Hubby loved, Instead of tomato sauce though I used salsa cause he's addicted to the stuff and I put BBQ sauce in the meatloaf.
The potatoes were sooooo good

Thanks again for the recipe

My mom makes this recipe a lot and its sooo good! One of our favorites at home:

Pulled Pork Sandwiches

1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin

1 cup bbq sauce

1 minced onion

1 1/2 tsps chili powder

3 garlic cloves coarsley chopped

1) Brown the pork in large non stick pan sprayed with pam for about 6 mins.

2) Put browned pork, bbq sauce, chili powder, garlic, and onion in slow cooker, mix well.

3) Cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low or until fork tender, pull apart and enjoy on your favorite bun!

I'll have to get some recipes from my Uncle. He makes the BEST crockpot skwerl and coon I've ever had!
