She looks simular to a welsummer, but I don't think she is.

I bet if you posted some more pics of her in a few months when she's mature we can guess the breed(s) she is.

I'm thinking pullet, and crossbreed. She looks a bit like my mystery hen, which I recently learnt was not, in fact, a RIR cross but a thai gamefowl cross.....:O
