Mine like rice, too - and yogurt, but not when they're supposed to eat it, like when they're sick.

My 8 roosters love food scraps... you name it, they will eat it! Ramen noodles, hotdogs cut in tiny pieces, watermelon, hotdish!! My cousin had too many roosters, I had no chickens so she brings me 8.. now I'm attached to them & can't butcher em! Would love some hens but I know I have to down size the "boys" first. So if you are in need of any roosters & know where I can get a few hens, send me a message. I'm in the very NE corner of S.D. Thinking about guineas too, as have a very bad tick problem.
