I will take pictures when it comes out, but I used your recipe MissP. I see now that I did not quite mold my cheesecloth like I was supposed to, but I'm hopeful for a delicious bird anyway.

This one came out fantastic, very juicey and the color was aces in my humble opinion. I have this thing for bringing a good looking bird to the table, since we eat with our eyes first.
