Your Thanksgiving Turkey - We want to see your photos

After Al's gorgeous pic I am almost embarrassed to post mine.

Here is the turkey just out of the oven

I didn't have a baster like I thought and the store was closed so I basted the cloth with a ladle until my bowl of wine/butter was gone. Then the cloth started smoking.

So I took that off and since I didn't have a baster, I found a new unused horse syringe to baste as well as I could.

I have 10 inch pie plates and I made a batch of pie filling and it was only half full, so I made another batch and it sure filled the crust. We will be getting into it soon.

So..i'm cooking mine on Sat. How do i brine it? ANd for how long?..I've never done it that way before...
