I counted Legends of the Fall, because they rode horses. GREAT movie! Real tear jerker!

i'm not really a fan of westerns, and this isn't a movie but a tv series, and don't know if it really counts but deadwood is amazing imo. just don't watch it if a bit of swearing offends haha. seriously one of the best shows i've seen though, love it.

#1 McClintock (worn out 6 copies so far!)

#2 Rare Breed

#3 This one is hard because there are sooooo many, but gotta go with Wagons East!

1st off i own every john wayne movie i can find...i see a lot of good movies listed hear allready so i will add some not listed let me know if you have seen them and or liked them...
1. The Man from Snowy River
2. seraphin falls
3. dead wood the series 1,2,and 3 are great you could sit and watch this back to back and not finish them on the weekend..you could be snowed in for a week..


my all time favorite is..
1. too many john wayne movies to list..
2. lone some dove
3. open range

safe to say john wayne and robert duvall are my all time favorite actors..

I came across a good Charleton Heston western, recently, worth the watch: Will Penny.
